Today I rode the bike for two hours. I
must have pedaled for about 12 kilometers. I started doing this last
March 10, 2014. It is almost one week now.
There are still no changes to my body.
I still carry a lot of fats around. Anyway, it has just been a week.
But I notice that I'm feel more energetic now which is strange,
because when I go cycling, my goal is always to to perspire and get
tired.
But if you read health journals you
will find that this effect is normal if you exercise. You expend
energy and yet you will get back more energy.
Now I am asking myself why I haven't
done it a couple of years ago.
